At the direction of a qualified physician, the technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply Magnetic Resonance Imaging for radiologic diagnosis.
Either ARRT(N), CNMT, RDMS certification or a NYS Radiology Technologist license certified to do IV injections (ARRT certification in Radiology will be required if NYS licensed). Will consider candidates who are Licensed Radiology Technologists in NY State and become certified to do IV injections for CT exams within 6 months of hire, including obtaining or maintaining a current BLS CPR certification. Willing to train.
