Frequently Asked Questions
Do you report my CE credit to the ARRT or ASRT?
An RT registered with the ARRT is required to report their CE every 2 years by completing the ARRT renewal form. Copies of certificates are not to be sent to the ARRT unless requested by them. ASRT members are responsible for sending in their certificate copies to the ASRT for tracking in their CE record. The ASRT tracks and transfers credits for members directly to the ARRT during a member's biennium reporting period. More information about the ASRT's track and transfer option is available at http://www.asrt.org/.
The ARRT and the ASRT do not allow CE providers to report to them. eRADIMAGING.com does track successful activity completion and users can access and view their completed credits by logging in and clicking on “View CE Activity.”
I completed a CE article, passed the exam, and was not able to get my certificate. What can I do?
Well, it sounds like you may have not completed the entire CE program process. All you need to do is log into your account at any time and look at your CE Activity page. If you see an icon telling you to Complete Evaluation, just click on that button and it will allow you finish the program and get your certificate. If you are still having problems obtaining your certificate, contact us at webmaster@eradimaging.com.
I need to add or update my respective identifier number on my certificate.
We have added a feature that will allow you to update all your certficate identifer numbers at once. Just log into your account and view your CE activity.
