ABSTRACT

Radiographers have the opportunity to teach every day because patients require education. Students performing clinical rotations look to experienced radiographers to help guide their education. Clinical instructors and program directors impart knowledge on aspiring imaging professionals. Knowing the best way to communicate with patients and students provides a win-win situation for everyone and allows learning to occur. The following article will discuss the 3 main learning styles and how they can be used by radiographers and educators in the healthcare and education settings.
